Warranty, Refund and Returns

Concerns about workshop services, parts and products.

Policy

If something goes wrong, contact TR20 first.

Give us the job, invoice or part details and explain the problem. We will review the circumstances and the remedy that applies.

01

Your rights under New Zealand law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.

02

Workshop services

If you believe workshop work has not met the agreed scope or the guarantees that apply to services, contact TR20 promptly. We will review the job and discuss the appropriate remedy.

03

Parts and products

If a part or product supplied by TR20 is faulty, damaged or does not match its description, contact us with the job or purchase details. The available remedy depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

04

Change of mind

A refund is not normally available because you changed your mind after agreeing to workshop work or purchasing a part. We may consider a request before work starts or before an unused item is ordered or fitted.

05
